Your mission
As an
Electrical Engineer at planqc you will collaborate with leading scientists and experts in quantum technology. In close collaboration with quantum, software, and mechanical engineers you will design and build devices for our full-stack product of our quantum computers for our customers.
As part of our team you will:- Module Leadership: Take charge of key electronic modules in our quantum computer
- System Integration: Integrate and optimize your modules with the overall system.
- Project Rotation: Take on new projects after successful integration.
- Collaboration: Work with quantum, mechanical and software engineering teams for development and implementation.
- Ongoing Learning: Keep up with the latest physics advancements of our platform to improve system performance.
Your profile
What you bring to the table:
- BSc or higher in Electrical Engineering or a related field
- Board level design and test experience
- EDA design of PCBs
- Hardware test and debugging
- PCB assembly/circuit prototyping
- SPICE simulation
- Programming for embedded systems in C/C++
- Knowledge in Python
- Design experience in at least oneof the following areas:
- Analog electronics/RF electronics
- Digital electronics
- Power electronics
Strong candidates have experience in
two or more of these areas—and the desire to master the rest.
