Ihre Aufgaben

Als Facility & Infrastructure Specialist spielen Sie eine zentrale Rolle im Operations Team in der Sicherstellung und Optimierung unserer technischen Infrastruktur. Sie arbeiten mit dem Head of Operations (HoO) zusammen und sind für die Umsetzung und Koordination aller Anlagen bezogenen Abläufe verantwortlich. Dabei agieren Sie als zuverlässige Unterstützung für den HoO und die Geschäftsführung, mit einem hohen Maß an Verantwortung und Vertrauenswürdigkeit.
Ein wichtiger Bestandteil Ihrer Arbeit ist die praktische Umsetzung technischer Arbeiten in unserer betriebseigenen Werkstatt. Durch Ihre Fähigkeiten in Metall- und Holzbearbeitung können Sie eigenständig Werkstücke und Anpassungen herstellen, wodurch wir externe Dienstleister auf ein Minimum reduzieren.

Aufgaben:

Lagerverwaltung & Bestandsmanagement – Hauptverantwortung für die Organisation, Pflege und Optimierung aller Lagerbestände
Technisches Facility Management – Betreuung und Instandhaltung von Gebäudetechnik
Renovierungen & Umbauten – Unterstützung des HoO beim Ausbau des PlanQC Headquarters
Labormanagement – Sicherstellung der Betriebsfähigkeit und Koordination von technischen Anforderungen
Zugangssysteme – Unterstützung in der Verwaltung und Wartung des Facility Access Managements
Reinigung & Abfallmanagement – Koordination von Reinigungsservices und nachhaltigem Abfallmanagement
Externe Dienstleister –Koordination von Partnerfirmen für Wartung, Bauprojekte und Services am HQ
IT-Koordination – Zusammenarbeit mit IT für WiFi, LAN und technische Infrastruktur nach Rücksprache
Ausstattung – Unterstützung der Team beim Equipment-Management in Meetingräumen, Lagerräumen und Werkstätten
Arbeitssicherheit: Unterstützung im Thema Arbeitssicherheit

Ihr Profil

Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung im Bereich Facility Management
Nachweisbare Fähigkeiten in der Metallbearbeitung, Holzverarbeitung, Mechanik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im technischen Bereich, idealerweise in einem technologieorientierten Umfeld
Gute Kenntnisse in Metall- und Holzbearbeitung sowie Erfahrung in der Nutzung von Werkstattmaschinen und Werkzeugen
Technisches Verständnis für Gebäudeinfrastruktur und Facility-Systeme
Hohe Zuverlässigkeit, Eigeninitiative und Vertrauenswürdigkeit
Strukturierte, lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise mit einer Hands-on-Mentalität

Your mission

As a Facility & Infrastructure Specialist, you will play a central role in the Operations team in securing and optimising our technical infrastructure. You will work together with the Head of Operations (HoO) and be responsible for the implementation and coordination of all facility-related processes. You will act as a reliable support for the HoO and the management, with a high degree of responsibility and trustworthiness.
An important part of your work is the practical realisation of technical work in our in-house workshop. Your metalworking and woodworking skills will enable you to produce workpieces and customisations independently, allowing us to reduce external service providers to a minimum.

Tasks:

Warehouse management & inventory management - main responsibility for the organisation, maintenance and optimisation of all warehouse stocks
Technical facility management - support and maintenance of building technology
Renovations & conversions - supporting the HoO in the expansion of the PlanQC headquarters
Laboratory management - ensuring operational capability and coordination of technical requirements
Access systems - support in the administration and maintenance of facility access management
Cleaning & waste management - coordination of cleaning services and sustainable waste management
External service providers - Coordination of partner companies for maintenance, construction projects and services at HQ
IT coordination - cooperation with IT for WiFi, LAN and technical infrastructure after consultation
Equipment - supporting the team with equipment management in meeting rooms, storage rooms and workshops
Occupational safety - Support in the area of occupational safety

Your profile

Completed technical apprenticeship in the field of facility management
Proven skills in metalworking, woodworking, mechanics or a comparable qualification
Several years of professional experience in the technical field, ideally in a technology-oriented environment
Good knowledge of metal and woodworking and experience in the use of workshop machinery and tools
Technical understanding of building infrastructure and facility systems
High level of reliability, initiative and trustworthiness
Structured, solution-orientated way of working with a hands-on mentality
