Your mission

As Technical Procurement & Operations Support you will play a key role in operational procurement and inventory management. You will support purchasing, monitor incoming goods and take care of efficient warehouse and shipping logistics. Working closely with the Finance team and the future Procurement team, you will ensure that all materials are in the right place at the right time and that processes run smoothly.

Your profile

Your tasks:

Incoming goods & quality control - Receiving and checking incoming deliveries
Warehouse management & stock control - organising the warehouse and storage system and maintaining stock lists
Returns & shipping - Processing returns and coordinating national and international deliveries
Customs & import processing - support with the correct customs clearance and documentation of imports
Supporting the Procurement Team - liaising with Finance & Purchasing to handle order processes efficiently.

Your profile:

Completed commercial or technical apprenticeship, ideally with experience in logistics, purchasing or warehouse management
Experiences in incoming goods, dispatch or inventory management is an advantage
Structured, careful and solution-orientated way of working
Hands-on mentality and supportive attitude
Good written and spoken German and English skills

Ihre Aufgaben

Als Technical Procurement & Operations Support spielen Sie eine Schlüsselrolle bei der operativen Beschaffung und Lagerverwaltung. Sie unterstützen den Einkauf, überwachen den Wareneingang und kümmern sich um eine effiziente Lager- und Versandlogistik. In enger Zusammenarbeit mit dem Finance-Team und dem zukünftigen Procurement-Team stellen Sie sicher, dass alle Materialien zur richtigen Zeit am richtigen Ort sind und Prozesse reibungslos ablaufen.

Aufgaben:

Wareneingang & Qualitätsprüfung – Annahme und Kontrolle eingehender Lieferungen
Lagerverwaltung & Bestandskontrolle – Organisation des Lager- und Aufbewahrungssystems sowie Pflege von Bestandslisten
Retouren & Versand – Bearbeitung von Rücksendungen und Koordination von nationalen und internationalen Lieferungen
Zoll & Importabwicklung – Unterstützung bei der korrekten Verzollung und Dokumentation von Importen
Unterstützung des Procurement-Teams – Zusammenarbeit mit Finance & Einkauf, um Bestellprozesse effizient abzuwickeln.

Ihr Profil

Abgeschlossene kaufmännische oder technische Ausbildung, idealerweise mit Erfahrung in Logistik, Einkauf oder Lagerverwaltung
Erfahrung in Wareneingang, Versand oder Bestandsmanagement von Vorteil
Strukturierte, sorgfältige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
Hands-on-Mentalität und stark ausgeprägte Hilfsbereitschaft
Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
