Your mission
As an Electrical Test Engineer, you will play a key role in the integration and validation of electronic systems that form the backbone of our neutral atom quantum computers. Working closely with our hardware, software, and physics teams, you will design, implement, and execute tests to ensure the reliability and performance of complex electronic subsystems. Your work will bridge multiple disciplines — from analog and RF electronics to embedded systems and automation — ensuring that our quantum hardware meets the highest standards of precision and stability.
Your responsibilities:
Your responsibilities:
- Design and execute test procedures for electronic subsystems and integrated hardware used in neutral atom quantum computers
- Develop and maintain automated test setups and data acquisition systems using Python and embedded controllers (e.g., STM32, ARM)
- Perform hands-on testing and debugging of analog, digital, and RF circuits to ensure system reliability and performance
- Integrate and validate hardware modules, working closely with physicists, mechanical engineers, and software developers
- Diagnose and resolve hardware issues using oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, and other laboratory instrumentation
- Analyze test data, document findings, and propose design or process improvements
- Maintain thorough documentation of test procedures, results, and hardware version compatibility
- Support certification and compliance testing when needed
- Contribute to continuous improvement of testing processes, methodologies, and tooling
- Ensure seamless integration of new hardware revisions into the larger quantum computing system
