Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding.
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws and company standards.
• Administer employee benefits programs and address employee inquiries regarding policies, benefits, and compensation.
• Support in regular performance reviews and provide guidance
• Support Operations Department with career development plans and training opportunities.
• Handle employee relations issues, mediate conflicts, and facilitate effective communication across departments.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases, ensuring confidentiality and data integrity.
• Aid in the preparation of monthly pay slips and ensure timely and accurate payroll processing.
• Support with time reporting and controlling, ensuring accurate tracking of work hours and compliance with labor regulations.
• Support the Operations Department in strategic planning and organizational development initiatives.
• Support the organization employee engagement activities and team-building events.
