- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws and company standards.
- Administer employee benefits programs and address employee inquiries regarding policies, benefits, and compensation.
- Support in regular performance reviews and provide guidance
- Support Operations Department with career development plans and training opportunities.
- Handle employee relations issues, mediate conflicts, and facilitate effective communication across departments.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases, ensuring confidentiality and data integrity.
- Aid in the preparation of monthly pay slips and ensure timely and accurate payroll processing.
- Support with time reporting and controlling, ensuring accurate tracking of work hours and compliance with labor regulations.
- Support the Operations Department in strategic planning and organizational development initiatives.
- Support the organization employee engagement activities and team-building events.
